光强分布实时测量仪信号的高速处理

摘要 光强分布实时测量仪中显示和处理信号的方法,避开了三次样条插值中求解方程的复杂度,使计算量大为降低,从而在实现信号连续实时显示的同时还可进行数据的处理和分析。采用模块化设计思想也使基于该方法的应用软件可灵活方便地针对不同的需要添加、删除、修改相应功能模块,实现更为强大的数据处理功能。最后这种方法被应用于目标尺寸自动检测和微小狭缝的衍射测量中,取得了很好的结果,表明这种新的信号处理方法对于实现功能强大的高精度强分布实时测量系统具有重要的意义。 A smart method of signal processing and displaying in the light intensity distribution real - time measuring apparatus (LIDRMA) is introduced in this paper. The complexity of solving equation with cubic spline interpolation is avoided and calculating time is greatly reduced. So data processing and analysis can be proceeded while signal display is realized continuously and real - timely. At the same time, the application software is designed basing on modularized design and corresponding functional modules of the software can be added, deleted and modified according to different demands. Hence, more powerful function can be realized by the software. At last, this method is applied in automatic detecting on object dimension and diffraction measuring on slot. And good results are obtained. It indicates that this new method of signal processing is significant for light intensity distribution real - time measurement system which can realize powerful function and high accuracy.
