摘要
通过筛选培养基,研究了高系一四甘薯茎尖培养及快速繁殖的方法.结果表明,MS+6-BA0.10~0.25mg/L,IAA0.01mg/L或NAA0.05mg/L,GA0.05mg/L是较好的茎尖诱导培养基,茎尖的萌动率为80%以上,65d即可一次成苗.茎尖苗以茎切段进行增殖,经筛选,增殖培养基以MS+6-BA0.05~0.50mg/L,NAA0.005~0.050mg/L,GA0.1mg/L为最好,20~30d即可成苗,移栽成活率为100%.
The methods of meristem tipculture and rapid propagation of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas Lam) were studied by sifting culture medium.The MS medium suppl emented with 6 BA 0 10~0 25mg/L,IAA 0 1mg/L or NAA 0 05mg/L and GA 0 1mg/L is a medium suitable for stem tipculture.The germination rate of stem tips is over 80%.After 65 days,test tube plantlets are formed.The stem tips plantlets are propagated by culture of stem segments.By sifting,the stem segments grow well in MS medium supplemented with BA 0 05 0 50mg/L,NAA 0 005 0 050mg/L and GA 0 05mg/L.After 20~30 days,the test tube plantlets are formed.The survival rate of transplant is 100%.
