摘要
通过对发动机燃烧系统进行多方面的改进,如采用复合油嘴和特殊的燃烧室实现的快速燃烧技术,配合以调节喷油量和喷油时间的电控技术,可使发动机的排放大幅度降低.采用缸内排气绝热技术,可提高原机功率,降低油耗.同时采用排气后处理技术,如采用微波再生微粒陶瓷过滤器或采用加电金属网过滤装置,使碳烟微粒燃烧成CO2排出;采用催化改性碳纤维将NOx还原为CO2及N2的技术,使汽车排气进一步净化,最终可达到严格的汽车排放标准.
By improving the engine combustion system in different aspects to greatly reduce theexhaust emission, such as using complex injection nozzle and special combustion chamber torealize the rapid combustion, as well as combining with the electronic control technique to adjustthe fuel injection timing and amount, the exhaust port insulation can be utilized to increase theengine output and the fuel comsumption can be reduced. In the meantime, adopting the exhaustaftertreatment can further purify the exhaust emission in order to finally reach the stringentemission regulation, such as the microwave regeneration of the diesel particulate ceramic trap toburn the soot into CO2 or the filtration of diesel particulate by electrically charged metal net andthe reduction of NOx emission to CO2 and N2 by modified carbon fiber.
