文章根据我国公路建设市场投标工作的现状,深入分析影响投标报价的因素,对投标程序做出详细的说明;同时重点阐述公路工程投标报价方案的编制技巧和实际报价的最终确定方案。
According to the bidding work of highway construction market situation,this paper analyzed deeply the influence factors,made detailed instructions for bidding procedure,while emphasized on practical skills for highway engineering bid price quotation scheme and final offer of practical quotation.
