试论高职校园文化建设中NGO与政府的合作博弈——以衡阳财经工业职业技术学院为例

Discussion on Cooperative Game Between NGO and the Government in Campus Culture Construction:In Case of Hengyang Financial Industry Vocational-Technical College

NGO和政府都在致力于衡阳财经工业职业技术学院的校园文化建设工作,本文通过建立NGO和政府在资源约束下建设校园文化开发的投入模型,运用博弈均衡分析探讨他们合作的原因和机制,并通过衡阳财经工业职业技术学院工学结合校企合作的项目操作实例论证所得到的命题。

NGO and the government are all committed to the campus culture of Hengyang Financial Industry Vocational-Technical College.This paper wants to build the input model of the establishment of NGO and government in the resource constraints,to analyze the reasons of their causes and mechanisms of cooperation by Game equilibrium theory,and to get a proposition through School-enterprise cooperation projects of Hengyang Financial Industry Vocational-Technical College.
