摘要
随着实践哲学的复兴,教师开始以自己的教学实践作为研究对象,通过对教学过程的计划、安排、评价、反馈、调节等环节的反思,实现教学观念的更新,教学行为的改善,教学水平的提升,并在这种动态发展中实现教师实践智慧的提升。
With the revival of practical philosophy,teachers begin to use their own teaching practice as the research object,they want to realize the renewal of the teaching concept,improve the teaching practice and promote the teaching level through the reflection of some teaching links such as teaching plans,arrangements,evaluation,feedback,reflection and adjustment.Finally the promotion of teachers'practical wisdom will be realized.
