摘要
高职教育是一种以培养社会一线岗位所需要的高级应用型技术人才为目标的高等教育,所以在构建人才培养方案时要基于岗位需求培养学生的职业技能。文章分析了目前教学中存在的主要问题,阐述了实践教学的重要性及方式,并提出了相关建议。
Higher vocational education is to train talents on first posts with senior applied technologies,which should construct the talent training scheme based on post demand to cultivate students＇ professional skills.The paper analyzes the main problems existing in the teaching practice,expounds the importance of the teaching and the way,and puts forward related suggestions.
