摘要
当前高职学生的教育管理工作中突出存在的一个普遍问题,即过于偏重制度、经验管理的方法,将学生摆在从属的被动的"被管"的位置上,这直接关系到高职人才培养的质量。以人为本的基本理论则强调人在组织中的主体地位和作用。因此,高职学生的教育管理工作必须坚持以人为本。
There is an outstanding problem exiting current management of vocational education,that is overly dependent on the system,experience management approach,the students were placed in dependent passive position,which were controlled.It directly related to the quality of higher vocational students training.The basic theory of human-centered theory emphasizes the dominant position and function of people in the organization.Therefore,the management of vocational education students must adhere to human-centered theory.
