摘要
阐述了利用系统方法解决后方仓库和基地二级库存问题的必要性。以可修复备件短缺数最小代替装备可用度最大作为目标函数,以备件总价值不大于总保障经费作为约束条件,建立了二级库存最优配置模型。用边际分析法求解,编写了算法,并将库存模型及其算法应用于实例,进行了数值实验和理论分析,计算工具是Matlab。实验结果表明该模型的优化效果和实用性很好。
Illustrate the necessity to solve the problem of two-level stock between the rear stock and base by the system methods.Replace the largest availability with the least shortfall as the objective function,take the total prices not greater than the total support cost as the constraint condition,establish the optimization and distribution model of the two-level stock.Solve it with the marginal analysis method,compile the arithmetic,and apply the stock model and its arithmetic to a example,carry out the numerical experiments and theoretical analysis,calculate it with Matlab.The results prove the optimal effectiveness and practicability of the model very well.
