中西医结合在上消化道出血治疗中综合效果观察

The Comprehensive Effect Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的观察中西医结合在上消化道出血治疗中综合效果。方法选择我院2009年1月～11月收治的50例消化道出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗。比较分析两组的综合效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为68.0%,两组间比较,有显著性差异（χ2=4.8780,P〈0.05）。两组不良反应发生率分别为8.0%和12.0%,组间无显著性差异（χ2=0.1818,P〉0.05）。观察组恢复时间为（1.8±0.6）d,对照组为（3.4±0.7）d,组间有显著性差异（t=8.6772,P〈0.001）。结论中西医结合在上消化道出血治疗中疗效满意,且安全可靠,患者恢复快,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the comprehensive effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods From January to November 2009 in our hospital, the 50 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 25 cases, the control group were given Western Medicine only, and the observation group were given Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, then compared the comprehensive effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.0% and the control group was 68.0%, there were significant differences in the two groups （χ2=4.8780,P 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of two groups were 8.0% and 12.0%, there was no significant difference （χ2=0.1818,P0.05）. The recovery time of the observation group was （1.8±0.6）d, and the control group was （3.4±0.7）d, there were significant differences in the two groups （t=8.6772,P0.001）. Conclusion Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has satisfactory curative effect, it is safe, reliable and rapid recovery of patients,so it is worthy of popularization.
