社区护理干预对糖尿病患者自我管理的影响分析

Analysis of Community Nursing Intervention on Diabetes Self-management

目的描述社区护理干预对糖尿病患者自我管理的影响。方法对在我市三家三甲医院就诊的150例稳定期糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。自我护理行为采用糖尿病患者自我护理行为问卷进行测量。结果患者整体自我护理行为处于中等水平;在条目水平中,排在前3位的自我护理行为条目均为高等水平,在后3位的自我护理行为条目均为低水平。结论医务人员应加强对患者及家属的健康教育,提高他们的疾病知识水平,帮助患者树立正向的自我概念,增加社会支持水平,将有助于提高患者的自我护理行为水平,改善生活质量。

Objective To describe the community nursing intervention on self-management of diabetes. Methods The three top three in the city in a hospital of 150 patients with stable diabetes questionnaire. Self-care behaviors in patients with diabetes self-care behavior questionnaire measured. Results The overall self-care behaviors of patients at a medium level; in the entry level, the top three items of self-care behaviors are higher level, in the latter three items of self-care behaviors were low. Conclusion The medical staff should strengthen the health education of patients and their families to raise their level of knowledge of disease and help patients establish a positive self-concept, increased with the level of social support, will help increase self-care behaviors of patients with level, living quality.
