从云南琵琶甲中提取甲壳素的研究 被引量:12

Study on the Extraction of Chitin from a New Subspecies Blaps japanensis yunnanensis Mars

摘要 甲壳素是广泛存在于自然界的一种天然高分子材料.从提取了抗炎活性成分药用昆虫云南琵琶甲(BlapsjapanensisyunnanesisMars.)中分离出甲壳素(chitin),收率为168%,其化学结构经红外光谱和X衍射法表征.甲壳素经过脱乙酰化制备壳聚糖,收率为701%. Chitin is a kind of natural polymeric material which extensively exists in the natural world.This paper reported the extraction method and the structure identification of chitin from Blaps japanensis yunnanensis ,a novel medical insect,the anti inflammatory active ingredients had been separated before the extraction,the extract yield is 16 8%,the structure of chitin has been identified by IR and X ray diffraction spectra.Chitosan had been prepared by deacylation from chitin,the yield is 70 1%.
