摘要
对灵芝(Ganodermalucidum)摇瓶发酵培养产灵芝多糖的过程进行了研究.通过研究发酵过程中pH,总糖、还原糖、氨基酸态氮等的变化。
It was reported that the kinetic process concerning polysaccharide produced by Ganoderma lucidum was studied in the theic.Through studing on the change of pH,total sugar,residual sugar and Amino N in the process of liquid fermentation,the superior conditions of liquid fermentation culture of the polysaccharide produced by Ganoderma lucidum was defined initially.
