雷公藤甲素对大鼠睾丸组织代谢的影响

Effect of Triptolide on Metabolism of Testicular Tissue in Rats

选Ｗｉｓｔｅｒ雄性大鼠２２只，随机分为给药组与对照组，用雷公藤甲素（每日按每千克体重３０μｇ）灌胃，１２ｄ后处死，测定其睾丸组织匀浆液中果糖含量和酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）、透明质酸酶（ＨＡｓｅ）、α－淀粉酶（α－ＡＭＳ）的活性．结果表明，给药组的上述指标均低于对照组，两组间比较，果糖含量和ＨＡｓｅ活性差异有显著意义（ｐ＜０．０５），ＡＣＰ和α－ＡＭＳ活性差异有非常显著意义（ｐ＜０．０１）。

Twenty two male Wister Rats were divided at random into two groups and given triptolide(30 μg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) and NS separately for 12 days. The amount of fructose and the activity of acid phosphatase (ACP), Hyalurnidase (HAse) and α amylase(α AMS) in testicular hemogenate in the dead bodies of the rats were tested.It was found that all the parameters above in triptolide group were much lower than those in control group( p <0.05; p <0.01).It is suggested that triptolide may lower the quality of semen.
