通过对２２０例老年人中胸位、下胸腰位硬膜外麻醉的血压、心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度的变化进行监测和统计分析，总结出硬膜外麻醉对上述重要指标产生影响的规律。

By monitoring and statistically analysis the changes of some targets,such as BP,HR,R & BosD in mid thorax and low thorax lumbar epidural anesthesia of 220 aged patients, we conclude the principle that epidural anesthesia affects above important targets, and this will improve the safetyof epidural anesthesia for aged patients.
