摘要
肌肉是人体运动系统重要的组成部分,是人体运动的动力来源。可以说肌肉是生物学研究中最具吸引力和挑战性的研究领域。文章叙述了肌肉的工作原理、肌肉的三元素模型及其在向心收缩时的生物力学特性。
Muscle is an important part of the human motion system and is also the dynamic source of human movement.One can say that muscle is the most attracting and challenging research filed in biological study.This paper briefly introduces the principle of muscle working,Hill＇s model and its biomechanical characteristics of concentric contraction.
