摘要
目的用苯唑西林(青霉素类抗生素)诱导金黄色葡萄球菌形成L型。方法用抗生素诱导法(液体法),用高渗培养进行金黄色葡萄球菌L型的诱导,用含药平板法进行细菌L型的筛选及菌落计数。对细菌L型的培养物进行革兰和细胞壁染色;对金黄色葡萄球菌原型及回复型菌进行MIC测定。结果与结论苯唑西林在50μg.mL-1时,可诱导金黄色葡萄球菌形成L型。
Objective To study on induction of classical Staphylococci aureus into L - forms induced by oxacillin. Method Induction of L - form Staphylococcus aureus was performed adopting high infiltration liquid technique with oxacillin induction, and induced L -forms were screened and counted on drug - containing plates. The formation, morphology, and growth characteristics of L -forms were observed after their cultures were applied to a smear and processed by gram and cell wall staining. MICs were also determined when Staphylococci aureus were in classical forms and afterreversion forms, respectively. Results and Conclusion Classical forms of Staphylococci aureus were successfully induced to L -forms by liquid oxacillin at a concentration of 50 μg · mL^-1.
