绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响及对策

Influence and Counfermeasure of Green Trade Barrier on Agricultural Products Export in China

随着国际经济一体化的发展,传统的关税壁垒日益削减,绿色贸易壁垒以其鲜明的时代特征成为国际贸易发展的主要关卡。西方发达国家为保护本国市场,借环保之名行贸易保护之实,筑起绿色贸易壁垒,严重阻碍了我国农产品的出口。从绿色壁垒产生的条件及特点出发,分析了其对我国农产品出口的影响,并提出跨越绿色贸易壁垒的对策和建议。

With the development of international economic integration and the decrease of traditional tariff barriers,Green Trade Barrier（GTB） has become the main toll-gate of international trade.The western developed countries set up GTB to carry out trade protection in the name of environment protection.Its real parpose is to protect domestic market.It has seriously hindered exports of agricultural products in China.Beginning from factors and characteristics produced by GTB,the influence of agricultural product export in China was discussed,some suggestions and countermeasures to break through GTB were put forward.
