改善中国当前的国民收入分配、实现共同富裕,不仅仅是社会公平问题,同时也是经济效率问题,即如何通过对于收入分配的改善,形成更加强劲的国内消费需求,并由此消化和支持不断成长的投资需求。缩小收入分配差距,提高发展效率,需要不断创新。我们应当更多地注重供给管理,运用各种宏观、中观和微观措施,通过进一步的体制创新,影响生产或生产领域,调整国民收入分配结构,推动经济结构调整和升级。

Improving the current situation in national income distribution and realizing common prosperity is not only the issue of social fairness,but also the issue of economic efficiency.It is an issue on how to stimulate domestic consumption demand and digest and support the increasing investment demand by improving income distribution.Continuously innovation is the precondition for us to narrow the gap in income distribution and improve development efficiency.We should pay more attention to supply management,adopt all the macro,middle and micro countermeasures,make further institutional innovation to influence production or the field of production,adjust the structure of national income distribution and promote the economic restructure and upgrade.
