HPLC Determination of Content of Neosynephrine in Tangerine Peel Grown in Suzhou Area

目的：为升压灵注射液使用原料陈皮建立质量控制标准提供依据。方法：用高效液相色谱法测定苏州地区产陈皮中辛弗林的含量。结果：辛弗林含量在０．２１１％～０．５９４％之间，波动幅度较大。

OBJECTIVE:To provide basis for the establishment of quality control standard for tangerine peel to be used as a raw material in the production of Shenyaling Injection. METHOD:High-performance liquid chromatograghy was employed to determine the content of neosynephine in tangerine peel grown in the Suzhou area.RESULT:The content of neosynephrine was within the range between 0.211% and 0.594%,with relatively great fluctuation.CONCLUSION:The determination of neosynephrine content with high-performance liquid chromatography can be used in the quality control for tangerine peel as a raw material in the production of Shenyaling Injection.
