牛膝散对实验性关节炎大鼠血液流变学的影响

Effect of Niuxi Powder on Blood Rheology of Experimental Rats with Arthritis

目的：观察牛膝散对实验性关节炎大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法：Ｆｒｅｕｎｄ’ｓ完全佐剂制造关节炎大鼠模型，于实验的第２４ｄ采血，分别测定全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉。结果：全血粘度及相对粘度和还原粘度药物组同模型组相比存在明显差异，但血浆粘度、血球压积及血沉均无明显变化。结论：牛膝散能显著降低大鼠全血粘度。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Niuxi Powder on the blood rheology of experimental rats with arthritis.METHOD:Freund's complete adjuvant was used to create rat models with arthritis and determination of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,packed cell volume and erythrocyte sedimentation rate was performed.RESULT:The whole blood viscosity,relative viscosity and reduction viscosity in the medicine group were greatly different from those in the model group,but no marked changes were detected in plasma viscosity,packed cell volume and ESR.CONCLUSION:Niuxi Powder can markedly reduce rats'whole blood viscosity.
