复方右美沙芬颗粒剂与美愈伪麻胶囊临床验证比较

Clinical testification of compound dextromethorphan granule vs Meiyuweima Jiaonang

目的：验证复方右美沙芬颗粒剂镇咳、祛痰及改善鼻塞的疗效。方法：对１２０例咳嗽、咳痰或伴有鼻塞的呼吸道疾病病人，采用双盲双模拟分层随机对照法分为复方右美沙芬颗粒剂组和美愈伪麻胶囊组。结果：复方右美沙芬颗粒剂组镇咳及祛痰总有效率为８５％，美愈伪麻胶囊组为７５％，组间经Ｒｉｄｉｔ检验，差别无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。复方右美沙芬颗粒剂组与美愈伪麻胶囊组镇咳及祛痰的起效时间为２５ｈ±２２ｈ，２３ｈ±１６ｈ；２８ｈ±２３ｈ，２５ｈ±１８ｈ，显效时间为３．１ｈ±１．２ｈ，３．１ｈ±１．４ｈ；３．６ｈ±１．１ｈ，３．４ｈ±１．１ｈ。２组比较差别无显著意义。２组鼻塞改善显著，不良反应轻微。结论：复方右美沙芬颗粒剂具有明显的镇咳、祛痰及改善鼻塞的疗效。

AIM: To testify the clinical effect of compound dextromethorphan granule (CoDMG) on cough, sputum and nasal obstruction. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients suffered from respiratory diseases with cough, sputum or complained with nasal obstruction, were divided into two groups according to the method of double_blind, double_simulation and stratified random_control. RESULTS: In group CoDMG, the total rate of effect of antitussion and expectoration was 85%, while in group Meiyuweima Jiaonang ( MYWM), it was 75%. There was no significant difference between the two groups by Ridit test. The times to antitussive and expectoration in 2 groups were 25 h±22 h, 23 h±16 h, and 28 h±23 h, 25 h±18 h, respectively. The marked effect times of antiussive and expectoration in 2 groups were 3.1 h±1.2 h, 3.1 h±1.4 h, 3.6 h±1.1 h, 3.4 h±1.1 h, respectively. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups by t test. It was showed that 2 groups improved nasal obstruction very effectively and adverse reactions were mild. CONCLUSION: CoDMG is a very effective and safe drug for antitussion, espectoration and improved nasal obstruction.
