摘要
宽带高功率耦合器是宽带高功率放大器中的重要部件。为了实现宽带高功率放大器中耦合器的小型化设计,提出了耦合器设计的小型化方案。用电路和电磁场仿真技术解决了宽带高功率耦合设计中的几个关键技术问题,即耦合线耦合器设计、幅度均衡器设计和元器件的敏感性分析等问题,最后实际制作了一个仿真设计的样件,测试技术指标与仿真吻合,说明了这种设计方案的有效性。
Wideband high-power coupler is a key device in the wideband high-power amplifier. This paper presents a miniaturization solution for coupler design for implementing miniaturization design of coupler in wideband high-power amplifier. Several key technical problems in wideband high-power coupler design, such as coupling-line coupler design, amplitude equalizer design, component sensitivity analysis, etc., have been solved by using circuit and EM field simulation technique. Finally, a simulation design sample part is manufactured, and the technical specifications in experiment accord with sinlulation results, it means this design scheme is effective.
