摘要
针对相控阵系统对微波信号相位高精度调整的要求,提出了一种基于I/Q调制器的微波矢量移相器的设计方法。通过理论推导,对影响移相器相位精度的幅度、相位不平衡因素进行了分析。介绍了幅度、相位不平衡引入的误差校正和如何提高微波宽带电路的幅度、相位平衡方法。将分析结果用于微波矢量移相器设计,使移相器相位精度控制在±1.5°内。
For phased array system, high-precision phase adjustment of microwave signal is required. This paper presents a design method of microwave vector phase shifter based on I/Q modulator. Through theoretical derivation, we analyze the precision of phase shifter and influencing factor of amplitude and phase imbalance. The error cahbration caused by amphtude and phase imbalance and how to improve amplitude and phase balance of microwave broadband circuits are introduced. The analysis results can be used for microwave vector phase shiKer design, and the precision of phase shifter can be controlled in±1.5°.
