密闭式吸痰对急性呼吸窘迫综合征病人动脉血气的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察密闭式吸痰(CS)对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)病人动脉血气的影响。方法选择30例诊断ARDS并机械通气治疗的患者,随机分为开放式吸痰(OS)组和密闭式吸痰组,n=30例),分别采用开放式吸痰(OS)和密闭式吸痰(CS)两种吸痰方式,观察记录患者吸痰前1min及吸痰后3min和20min动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血pH值变化情况。结果 OS组吸痰后3min、20min动脉血氧分压与吸痰前1min比较,PaO2、SaO2显著下降(P<0.05);CS组吸痰前后上述参数变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ARDS患者选择CS方式吸痰能较好地维持机体氧合状态。
