央企能否经营房地产不应以主业和非主业来分。应贯彻落实党的十五届四中全会决定,将国有经济控制的行业和领域锁定在"三个行业和两类重要骨干企业"。国企应"为社会提供重要公共产品和服务",而不是"保值增值"。国企应退出竞争领域,不与民企争利。
The mission of national enterprise is to provide important products and services to the public,whether the state-owned enterprise could operate business in real estate or not.By the resolutions of Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC 15,state-owned enterprise should quit the domain of non-governmental economy.
