关于查韦斯“21世纪社会主义”替代战略的思考

On Hugo Chavez' 21st Century Socialism as an Alternative Strategy

查韦斯政府执政后,实施一系列大刀阔斧的改革措施,形成了较为系统的替代新自由主义的政策和经验。本文从八个方面勾勒查韦斯走向"21世纪社会主义"的替代战略,认为现在给其直接定性还为时过早,但从根本上否定新自由主义、资本主义,并在它们的统治秩序之外进行符合绝大多数人利益的探索和创造,都应该是在历史地走向社会主义。无论委内瑞拉"21世纪社会主义"的结果如何,都应该被认为是一种可贵的大胆尝试,在拉美历史上以至在整个人类历史上都会留下一笔供后人借鉴和品评的财富。

Venezuela is one of the biggest victimized country of Latin American neoliberalism reform.In the late-1990s,the Chavez government implemented a series of drastic reform measures,and achieved remarkable results in systematic alternative to neoliberalism policies.This article outlines eightareas of Chavez＇s alternative strategies to＂21st century socialism＂.The author believe that it is moving toward the socialism historically,so long as fundamentally opposing the neoliberalism or capitalism and serving most people＇s benefit outside capitalism order.Regardless of the result,It should be considered to be a valuable attemp left for later generations to substitute for capitalism in the LatinAmerican history,even in the history of mankind.
