HLA-Ⅲ类成份及其构成的补体单体型与寻常型银屑病的相关性研究

Association between the complement components and complotypes of MHC classⅢ and universal psoriasis

目的研究ＨＬＡ－Ⅲ类成份及其构成的补体单体型与寻常型银屑病的相关性。方法对５０例无血缘关系的寻常型银屑病（Ｐｓ）患者家庭及２４例家庭健康成员的ＥＤＴＡ血浆进行属于ＨＬＡ－Ⅲ的Ｂｆ、Ｃ４Ａ、Ｃ４Ｂ的遗传多态性及其构成的补体型检测。结果通过家庭分析及对比发现：Ｐｓ的Ｂｆ基因频率与正常人无差异；Ｃ４ＡＱ０、Ｃ４ＢＱ０的基因频率病人远高于正常人；而Ｃ４Ｂ２则较常人为小。在补体型方面，患者与正常人均以Ｓ３２、Ｓ３１频率最高；Ｓ４０、Ｓ３０频率病人虽比正常人高，但经统计学处理后无意义。说明了补体型的检测比单座位的检测更能探求ＨＬＡ－Ⅲ与疾病遗传的易感性关系。结论Ｐｓ患者的Ｓ４０之间存在着正向连锁不平衡，Ｓ４１之间存在着负向连锁不平衡。

Objective To research the association between the complement components and complotypes of MHC classⅢ and universal psoriasis(U.P). Methods Genetic polymorphism and complotypes of MHC classⅢ were investigated and analyzed among 50 unrelated families with universal psoriasis(U.P group),which were compared with 24 healthy families (the control).All the data were analyzed and compared,made difference test with "Fisher accuracy probability" method. Results Genetic frequencies (GF) of Bf in U.P group were not different from the control;GF of C4AQ0,C4BQ0 were considerably higher than that of the control;and GF of C4B2 was lower than that of the control.On the other hand,GF of S32,S31 in complotypes showed higher in both groups;GF of S40,S30 in U.P group were higher than that of the control but no significance in statistics. Conclusion The results indicate that the determine of complotypes is closely related to susceptibility than that of single alleles in the way of researching the association between sensibility of MHC class Ⅲ and genetic diseases.Among S40 of U.P group,there is a positive linkage disequilibria; and among S41,a negative linkage disequilibria existed.
