图书馆用户隐私权保护研究综述

Overview on Protecting Library Users' Right of Privacy

图书馆用户隐私的保护是在现代图书馆服务过程中逐渐确立的。保护图书馆用户隐私权就是保护用户的人格尊严和人格权利,是对他人独立存在的一种尊重。从图书馆用户隐私和隐私权、图书馆服务过程中涉及的隐私权问题和图书馆用户隐私权保护3个方面对国内图书馆用户隐私权保护的研究进行梳理,有助于了解国内图书馆用户隐私权保护的研究进展,找出国内对图书馆用户隐私权保护研究的不足。

The protection of the library users＇ privacy has been established with the development of modern library services.To protect the privacy of library users is to protect the user＇s personal dignity and personal rights.It is also a kind of respect for others＇ independent existence.This paper summarizes the domestic study of privacy of library users in three areas which are about library users＇ privacy and the right of privacy,the right of privacy in the library services process and the protection of the library users＇ privacy.Researches about these areas are conductive to knowing about the progress of domestic library users＇ privacy protection and finding out the shortage in domestic library users＇ privacy protection.
