学位论文的典藏困境与解决策略

国家图书馆作为国务院学位委员会指定的唯一学位论文收藏单位,近年来随着学位论文数量的增多,逐渐呈现出库房有效利用空间减少、典藏与利用不平衡、版权难以控制等问题。面对学位论文的典藏与利用困境,国家图书馆应牵头搭建学位论文收藏及开发平台,扩大学位论文的载体范围,规范版权的合理开发与利用,并借鉴国外先进的管理经验,扩大图书馆的有效收藏空间。

As the only dissertation collection institution assigned by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee,the National Library faces the reduction of effective storage areas,unbalance of the preservation and utilization and uncontrollable copyright problems of dissertation collection,along with the quantity of dissertations increasing.Facing these problems,the National Library should set up dissertation collection and development platform,expand the dissertation carrier scope,regulate the rational development and utilization of copyright,take reference of foreign advanced management practice,and expand the effective collection space of the library.
