摘要
博硕士学位论文保障体系建设是一个需要多机构、多行业、多层面共同参与和建设的系统工程,涉及业务流程、法律保障、技术支撑、运作机制等多项内容。基于学位论文保障体系的剖析,我国博硕士学位论文文献保障机制须加强政策上的宏观调控和联盟体建设;完善法律保障,建立多层面的版权解决方案;重视技术保障,提供标准、规范的技术支持;引入市场主导的运作机制,保证学位论文文献保障服务体系的可持续发展。
Theses and dissertations service system needs multi-organizations,multi-trades,multi-aspects to participate in.It involves business process,legal security,technology support,operation mechanism.Service mechanism of theses and dissertations in China should strengthen the macro-control and the consortia construction,perfect legal mechanism and propose multi-level solutions for copyright problems,pay attention to technology security and provide standard technology support,introduce market-driven operation mechanism to guarantee the sustainable development of theses and dissertations service system.
