网络环境下我国文献编目规则存在的不足与对策

在网络环境下,文献资源发展迅速,图书馆的编目方式、编目方法与编目工作职能等都发生了根本性的改变,使我国文献编目规则受传统编目思维的限制、信息采集不完整、详简不当及中外文编目统一问题日趋突出。网络环境下我国文献编目规则亟需立足现实,借鉴国际先进的编目经验,将读者便利性放在首要位置,适度确立文献编目规则的详简程度,合理解决中外文文献编目统一的问题。

Under the network environment,literature resources develop rapidly,and methods and work functions of library cataloging also have the fundamental change.The popularization of network has influenced Chinese literature cataloging code,such as literature cataloging code is constrained by the traditional cataloging thought,the information acquisition is incomplete and improperly detailed,and the cataloging of literatures in foreign language and Chinese are not unified.Under the network environment,literature cataloging code need to be based on reality,learn from the advanced international cataloging experience,take readers convenience as the most important thing,establish the literature cataloging code moderately,and resolve the unification of literatures in foreign language and Chinese rationally.
