摘要
近年来,高校图书馆已引入现代化人力资源管理理念进行岗位聘任长效机制的实践。同济大学图书馆根据图书馆人员配置和岗位设置情况实施了岗位聘任长效机制,其具体管理实践包括建立职业任职资格制度、完善岗位分类设置和职责说明、实行透明化的岗位聘任制度、定期实行轮岗制度、建立岗位聘后考核的长效机制、建立有效的岗位培训机制。
Recently,the university library has put long-term appointment mechanism into practice with human resource management knowledge.Tongji University Library implements long-term appointment mechanism according to the situation of personnel and the setting of positions.The management practice includes employment qualification,position setting,appointment,evaluation and cultivation,which provide reference for the appointment mechanism of other libraries.
