摘要
在电子资源的宣传推广过程中,传统的培训讲座存在着一定的不足,其培训形式亟待改进。上海外国语大学图书馆针对图书馆员开展了电子资源推广利用培训的有益尝试和创新实践,并取得了较为理想的效果。培训设计从教学分析入手,包括培训对象的分析、培训目标的确立和评价方案的开发,进而在馆员中实施了电子资源利用的培训,主要采取集中讲授和分散自学相结合的方式,并在必要时给予个别辅导。最后对培训的效果进行了测试评价。
In the process of electronic resources promotion,the format of traditional training lectures exists some deficiency and needs to be improved.The Library of Shanghai International Studies University carried out an innovative training program for librarians to promote the utilization of electronic resources,and achieved more satisfactory results.The training design started from the instructional analysis,including analysis of trainees,establishment of training objectives and development of evaluation plan.Then the librarian training was implemented in the ways of both seminar teaching and autonomous learning,and to give individual counseling when necessary.Finally,the effect of training was tested and evaluated.
