摘要
教师的专业发展就是其专业教育生活的构筑与完善。对教师专业教育生活认识上的误区会导致教师在专业教育实践中面临一系列隐忧,扼杀教育生活原本的自然性、和合性、丰富性与诗意性。以教师文化为基来理解专业教育生活,努力构筑一种文化汇流、意义交织、指向总体化的教育生活世界,是重建教师专业教育生活的现实出路。
The professional development of teacher is the construction and perfection of teacher's professional life.The wrong understanding to teacher's professional educational life. probably snuffs out the intrinsic naturalness, harmonicity, richness and poetry of educational life. We should understand professional educational life on the basis of teacher culture and rebuild a new educational life in which the cultures gather together, the meanings interweave, and the life develops as a whole, which is an effective way toward the reconstruction of professional educational life.
