摘要
建立了波动转速旋转弹性圆盘横向振动的动力学方程,并采用伽辽金方法对方程进行空间离散;分析了圆盘转速的恒定部分、转速波动频率和幅度对系统固有频率和稳定性的影响。分析表明,弹性圆盘转速的波动会引发系统失稳,增加圆盘阻尼可抑制系统的失稳。对机械设备涉及薄型旋转圆盘部件的实际设计,具有理论指导意义。
Governing dynamics equation for the transverse vibration of a flexible annular plate spinning at fluctuating angular speed is modeled in this paper,and Galerkin's method is employed to discretize the equation.Effects of the constant part of annular plate spinning speed,speed fluctuation frequency and amplitude on the system natural frequency and stability are analyzed.The analysis shows that the fluctuation of spinning speed results in instability of the system and the increased annular plate damping can suppress the instability.The design of thin spinning annular plate is of theoretical instruction significance.
