摘要
在生物传感器发展过程中,有机相酶电极因其是在有机介质中对物质进行检测,而受到关注。近年来,已经成为非水酶学具有重大应用价值的领域之一,并在不断创新的技术推动下稳步发展。介绍了有机溶剂对酶活性的影响,重点介绍了有机相酶电极的制备方法,并对未来的趋势进行展望。
In the development of biosensors,organic phase enzyme electrodes(OPEEs) have received considerable attention for the detection of substrates in organic media.In recent years,OPEEs was developed to an important and valuable field in nonaqueous enzymology,continuous innovation and improvements of technique allow OPEEs steady development.This paper introduces the effect of organic solvents on the activity of enzymes.Focus on the preparation methods of OPEEs and looks forward to the future development trend of OPEEs.
