榛仁多糖对小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力的影响 被引量:6

Effect of hazelnut polysaccharide on anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia capacity of mice

摘要 对受试小鼠按0.2mL/10g体重连续7d灌胃榛仁多糖(12.5mg/mL)后,进行爬杆、爬绳、无负重游泳和常压耐缺氧能力实验。结果表明,与对照组相比,榛仁多糖显著增长了小鼠爬杆、爬绳、无负重游泳时间,并增强了小鼠的耐缺氧能力,小鼠的累计耗氧量及存活期总耗氧量均减少。榛仁多糖能够提高小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力。 Mice received hazelnut polysaccharide(12.5 mg/mL) by gavage for 7 days on 0.2 mL/10 g body weight which were distilled,and followed by taking the experiment of climbing,non-weight-bearing swimming and pressure anti-hypoxia capacity.The results showed that compared with the control group,hazelnut polysaccharide significantly increased the mice's time of climbing,non-weight-bearing swimming and the ability of hypoxia tolerance,the cumulative oxygen consumption of mice and the total oxygen consumption were both reduced.Hazelnut polysaccharide can enhance the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia capacity in mice.
