摘要
以STZ诱导糖尿病小鼠为模型,研究了桦褐孔菌多糖口服液对小鼠空腹血糖、肝糖原含量、血清胰岛素、糖化血清蛋白、血乳酸的影响,结果表明:桦褐孔菌多糖口服液能促进胰岛素分泌,促进肝糖原合成,降低血乳酸含量,有效降低糖尿病小鼠血糖。
STZ-induced diabetic mice as experiment model,study on the effect of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide oral liquid on fasting plasma glucose,the content of hepatic glycogen,Fins,glycosylated serum protein,blood lactic acid.Results:Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide oral liquid can promote insulin secretion,promoting liver glycogen synthesis,lower blood lactic acid levels,and effectively lowers blood glucose in diabetic mice.
