益节健片改善关节功能实验研究

Study on the development and repair of osteoarthritis of Yijiejian tablet

目的:观察益节健片对改善关节炎的功效。方法:通过人为造模,建立大鼠关节炎模型,分别给予蒸馏水、阳性对照药奥泰灵以及益节健片药液灌胃治疗。连续给药4周后处死动物,进行各项指标的测定。结果:益节健片对模型大鼠膝关节活动范围有明显的改善作用;益节健片各剂量组对模型大鼠膝关节滑膜厚度肿胀有抑制作用,能较好缓解关节的炎性症状,对制动后膝关节内滑膜及软骨的病理变化也有显著的改善作用。结论:益节健片对改善关节炎有一定的功效。

objective：To observe the influence of Yijiejian tablet on the development and repair of osteoarthritis（OA）.Method：The model of rat OA was made,and distilled water,BF-Glucosamine and Yijiejian tablet was given simultaneously to treat for 4 weeks in succession,and then animals were killed to measure every index.Result：Yijiejian table could obviously improve the scope of activities of knee joint.There were significant differences between every dosage group and model group.Yijiejian table could suppress the swelling of thickness of slippery membrane of joint,alleviate the inflammation symptoms of OA and obviouslical improve the pathological changes of slippery membrane and cartilage.Conclusion：Yijiejian tablet can develop and repair OA.
