活性炭对蒸气爆破尾叶桉木材的纤维素酶水解糖液脱色研究 被引量:3

摘要 用活性炭对蒸气爆破尾叶桉木材的纤维素酶水解液进行脱色,脱去其中的糠醛和酚类等发酵抑制物,对于水解液的发酵是有利的。研究采用正交试验法,以脱色率和总还原糖回收率为主要指标,对水解液的活性炭脱色工艺中的温度、pH、脱色时间、活性炭用量等进行了研究,确定了最佳的脱色条件:温度70℃、pH2、脱色时间90min、活性炭用量3.5%。在该条件下水解液的脱色率达到(77.02±0.52)%,总还原糖回收率为(80.81±0.23)%。 It's favorable for cellulase hydrolyzate of steam exploded Eucalyptus urophylla wood to fermentation if the cellulase hydrolyzate was decolored by active carbon,because the fermentation inhibitor,for example,furfural and phenols were removed.This paper studied decoloration technics with active carbon,and the optimum conditions were selected by orthogonal test with decoloration ratio and total reducing sugar(TRS) yield as the major indicators.The results showed that the optimum conditions were:temperature 70 ℃,pH2,90 min process time,and 3.5% amount of active carbon.The decoloration ratio and the total reducing sugar yield were(77.02±0.52)% and(80.81±0.23)% respectively at the optimum conditions.
