摘要
以芦荟为原料,酶解成芦荟汁,再加蜂蜜成醋,然后进行配制成芦荟醋酸饮料。该产品不仅营养价值高、风味独特,而且还具有一定的保健作用。
This paper introduced the processing of a kind of fermentation drink which was extracted from aloe and honey.The result showed that this vinegar product was rich in nutrition,tasted special flavor and had health function in addition.
