DPPH·法评价瑶山甜茶浸膏的抗氧化性能 被引量:10

Evaluation of antioxidant activity of Rubus suavissimus S.lee extracts by DPPH·assay

摘要 以乙醇连续抽提和热水浸提法依次得到甜茶浸膏。采用高效液相色谱法初步探索浸膏抗氧化成分,并以DPPH·自由基清除率来评价2种浸膏的抗氧化能力。实验结果表明:甜茶浸膏具有良好的抗氧化能力。2种浸膏存在成分上的差异,相同质量浓度下,水提浸膏溶液对DPPH·自由基的清除能力高于乙醇抽提浸膏。在一定的浓度范围内,浸膏溶液浓度与DPPH·自由基清除率有良好的线性关系,并且体现出明显的浓度依赖性,在线性范围内水提浸膏的IC50值为16.43μg/mL,醇提浸膏的IC50值为73.33μg/mL。 Alcohol extract and aqueous extract were obtained step by step with a Soxhlet's equipment and hot water immersion.Both of the two extracts of Rubus Suavissimus S.Lee were tentatively examined by highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analyses,while their antioxidant activity were investigated by scavenging1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical(DPPH·).The results showed that both of the two tested samples had good DPPH· scavenging activity.The aqueous extraction showed better DPPH· scavenging activity than alcohol extraction under the same mass concentration.In a certain concentration scope,there was a strong positive correlation between the scavenging activity and the concentrations.The aqueous extraction had a IC50 value of 16.43 μg/mL as well as the alcohol was 73.33 μg/mL.
