摘要
目的:建立赤芍提取物中芍药甙含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为228nm。结果:检测浓度在0.01～0.2mg/mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(R=0.98352)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,样品提取后不经分离可直接稀释测定。
Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Methods：UV Spectrophotometry was adopted in the determination with the detection wavelength set at 228 nm.Results：Good linear relationship with the absorbability was achieved when the detection concent ration of eldrin was within arange of 0.01～0.2 mg/mL（R=0.98352）.Conclusion：This method was simple,rapid and accurate.
