摘要
目的:建立赤芍提取物中芍药甙含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为228nm。结果:检测浓度在0.01~0.2mg/mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(R=0.98352)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,样品提取后不经分离可直接稀释测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Methods:UV Spectrophotometry was adopted in the determination with the detection wavelength set at 228 nm.Results:Good linear relationship with the absorbability was achieved when the detection concent ration of eldrin was within arange of 0.01~0.2 mg/mL(R=0.98352).Conclusion:This method was simple,rapid and accurate.
