摘要 采用直接竞争法,通过对抗原包被浓度、单抗稀释倍数、反应时间进行条件选择优化建立了赭曲霉毒素A的酶促化学发光免疫分析技术。该方法线性范围在10-640pg/mL范围内,平均灵敏度为4pg/mL,批内精密度3.96%-6.25%,批间精密度6.18%-9.62%,回收率的范围在88%-105%,稳定性好。 The CLIA based on monoclonal antibody was developed to detect ochratoxin A in foods.Linear detection of the assay covered a range from 10~640 pg/mL.The mean intra-plate coefficient of variation is 3.96%~6.25%,inter-plate coefficient of variation is 6.18%~9.62%.The recoveries of ochratoxin A added to sample ranged from 88% to 105%.
