肿瘤转移抑制基因和增殖细胞核抗原在骨肉瘤中的表达

Expression of Tumor Metastasis Suppressive Gene and PCNA in the Osteosarcoma.

目的：研究ｎｍ２３基因及ＰＣＮＡ在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及相关性。方法：应用免疫组化方法测定３３例骨肉瘤中ｎｍ２３基因和ＰＣＮＡ的表达。均行手术治疗。１９例获得平均１年７个月的随访，１１例发生肺转移（６例死亡），３例术后复发。结果：３０例ｎｍ２３呈增强表达，增强表达率为９０９％，ｎｍ２３基因增强表达与肺转移、预后不良呈正相关。ＰＣＮＡ阳性表达率为６６７％，ＰＣＮＡ表达与预后密切相关。ｎｍ２３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ表达二者间无明显关系。结论：ｎｍ２３基因在骨肉瘤中无转移抑制基因的功能。

Objection:To investigate the expression of nm 23 and PCNA in the osteosarcoma and their relationship.Method:the expression of nm 23 gene and PCNA were determined by the immunohistochemistry in 33 cases of osteosarcoma including 24 males,9 females,and with the mean age of 20 6 years old.All were performed operation,19 cases followed -up with the mean time of 1 years and 7 months.The lung metastasis happened in 11 cases (6 died),recurrent in 3 cases.Results:the nm 23 gene of 30 cases were expressed strengthly,and the enhanced expression rate was 90 9%,there were positive correlation between the nm-23 expression and the lung metastasis and poor prognosis,the positive expression rate of PCNA was 66 7%,and related closey with the prognosis.There was no relationship between the nm-23 and PCNA expression.Conclusion:The nm-23 gene in the osteosarcoma hadnt the function of metastasis suppressive gene.There was no relationship between the nm-23 gene expression and the proliferative ability of osteosarcoma.
