摘要
目的:观察青光眼Ⅱ号对兔实验性高眼压的降眼压作用。方法:实验性家兔分为青光眼Ⅱ号治疗组、正常组和对照组。治疗组和对照组用1%甲基纤维素少量多次注入家兔前房形成实验性高眼压。正常组和对照组用生理盐水灌胃,治疗组用青光眼Ⅱ号灌胃,并观察各组眼压变化。结果:治疗组实验后第5天眼压(2.54±0.45)kPa与实验前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但明显低于对照组眼压(4.05±0.66)kPa,(P<0.01)。结论:青光眼Ⅱ号具有降低实验性兔高眼压的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe effects of qingguangyanⅡ on reduction of intraocular pressure ( IOP ) in the experimental rabbits.METHODS: The experimental rabbits were divided into the treated group with qingguangyanⅡ, normal group, and control group. Ocular hypertension was formed with injecting 1% methylcellulose into anterior chamber repeatedly. The rabbits were fed normal saline into stomachs in the normal group and controll group, and qingguangyanⅡin the treated group. The IOP of each group was determined.RESULTS: After five days the intraocular pressure(2 54±0 45)kPa of treated group was compared with before the experiment, and there was not statistical different ( P >0 05 ). But this IOP ( 4 05±0 66)kPa, was significantly lower than the control group ( P <0 01 ).CONCLUSION: QingguangyanⅡ could be effect on reduction of IOP in ocular hypertension of the experimental rabbits.
