米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

Observation the Misoprostol in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察米索前列醇用于预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法将我院2007年8月～2009年7月在我院剖宫产的200例产妇随机分成两组。实验组100例,于剖宫产手术结束并清除阴道内积血后立即应用米索前列醇400μg经直肠给药;对照组100例,于剖宫产手术结束并清除阴道积血后立即应用缩宫素10U肌肉注射,分别观察产后2h、24h阴道出血量。结果实验组2h阴道出血量、24h出血量与对照组相比有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论米索前列醇经直肠给药促进子宫收缩,减少阴道出血作用明显,能预防剖宫产产后出血。

Objective To observe the effects of misoprostol on reduction of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarcan section. Methods Two hundred sesarcan section in our hospital from 2007.8 to 2009.7 were randermized into two groups：misopristol group（n=100）,400μg misoprotol was given rectally after the operation and hematocolpos was cleared, control group （n=100）,oxytocin 10u intramuscular injection immediately after the operation and hematocolpos was cleared.the amount of bleeding within 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery was measured. Results The differences was significant （p0.05） between misoprostol group and control group. Conclusion Misoprostol given rectally is effective in promoting uterine contraction and reducing colporrhagia ,be able to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
