直肠瓣膜挂线消痔灵注射治疗顽固性便秘的临床观察

Rectal Valves Thread-drawing and Mucous Membrane Multi-point Injection in the Treatment of Intractable Constipation. Clinical Observation

为探讨顽固性便秘治疗的新方法，克服传统手术创伤大，非手术治疗效果差等缺点，采用直肠瓣膜挂线、消痔灵注射治疗顽固性便秘160例。结果表明，该方法治疗效果满意，患者痛苦小，创伤小，恢复快。

In order to explore a novel therapy for intractable constipation so as to overcome the shortcomings resulted from routine operation, such as severe wound, and from non-operative treatment, such as worse efficacy,ere, the procedure of rectal valves thread-drawing and mucous membrane multi-point injection was adopted to treat 160 cases of intractable constipation. Treatment outcome indicates that this procedure has satisfactory efficacy,and with mild pain of patients,less wound and faster recovery.
