一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿218例疗效观察

Primary Radical Procedure for Perianal Abscess of 218 Cases：Observation on Therapeutic Effect

为观察一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效，对218例肛周脓肿患者分别采用一次切开术、一次脓肿切开挂线术和一次脓肿切开加对口引流术。结果术后治愈209例，后遗肛瘘5例，再发脓肿3例，延迟愈合1例，治愈率95．9％。结果表明，一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿明显降低了术后肛周脓肿的复发率和肛瘘的发生率，缩短了疗程，减轻了患者的痛苦，具有明显的优越性。

For the objective of investigating clinical efficacy of primary radical procedure for perianal abscess the 218 patients were subjected to following different procedures：primary incision, primary incision and thread-drawing,and primary incision and contradrainage. As results, 209 cases were cured,anal fistula occured in 5 cases,recurrence of abscess was in 3 cases, layed healing was in one case,total curative rate was 95.9%. These results show that primary radical procedure for perianal abscess reduced significantly postoperative recurrence rate of abscess and incidence of anal fistula, shortened treatment course, relieved pain of patients, thus it has great advantages.
